How To Make Sweet Potato Fries

To start, sweet potatoes are very dense, and tough to cut into. When you’re prepping them, make sure your knife is sharpened, and take extra care not to cut yourself. Besides a sharp knife, you will need a few key herbs and spices, to give your sweet potato fries the perfect sweet and savory taste.

Sweet Potato Fries: Ingredients

  1. Sweet Potatoes

  2. Minced Garlic

  3. Salt

  4. Pepper

  5. Oregano

  6. Paprika

  7. Olive Oil

Sweet Potato Fries: Instructions

  1. Grab one large, sweet potato.

  2. You can peel the potato (optional) if you’d like it’s really your preference

  3. Cut your sweet potato in half, then cut long ways.

  4. After your sweet potato is sliced, line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper

  5. Add your sweet potatoes to a mixing bowl and toss with other ingredients, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and olive oil

  6. Evenly distribute your fries across the baking sheet and place in the oven on the middle rack.

  7. Place your sweet potato fries in the oven at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown
